2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments are confirmed upon payment. Clients may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the session. Approved reschedules will be accommodated based on availability.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

All service fees are due in advance. Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the payment date. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Legal representation in litigation or court filings is non-refundable due to the irreversible commitment of resources and time.

3. Info Products

We offer digital items such as e-guides, templates, and recorded webinars designed for legal professionals and IT businesses.

3.1 Purchase Terms

Access to digital materials begins upon payment confirmation and delivery of download instructions. No physical shipment is involved.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To submit a request, contact Techlyronis in writing. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method. After 30 days, all sales are final.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or branded merchandise are available for purchase.

4.1 Order and Shipping

Orders are processed within five business days. Shipping times vary by destination.

4.2 Refund Policy for Goods

Unopened items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds cover the product price only. Customized or bespoke goods are non-refundable due to their tailored nature.
